The cozy apartment the Grand Trinity I is located on the second floor and served by a lift of a residential complex born in the 40s following the demolition of the ancient Hospice of the Trinity of the Pilgrims and is located in the Regola district whose name derives from Renula, that is, from the soft sand that the Tiber river still deposits today during floods.
The district runs along the Tiber river and is within walking distance of the most touristic areas of the historic center of Rome. It develops around via Giulia, a Renaissance-era street lined with marvelous historic buildings, including Palazzo Farnese, now home to the French embassy.
The apartment is the result of a recent renovation that has taken care of every aspect by selecting finishes and furnishings of value and elegance from the oak wood floor laid in a French herringbone pattern, to the custom-made carpentry, to the accessories and designer lights.It can accommodate 6 people. .
It consists of 3 bedrooms furnished in a contemporary style and all equipped with air conditioning and digital TV. Two double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms decorated with floral-style water-repellent wallpapers and one of them is equipped with a wooden Finnish sauna and a two-seater Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has 1 bunk bed (2 beds 90 x 190) and is served by a bathroom with shower.
