We are looking for apartments that are unique, spacious and that create the typical Italian cozy atmosphere. We will take care of the day to day management, so that you won’t have to: from maintaining to cleaning and preparing the homes with prestigious linen and toiletries, welcoming the guests, photoshooting your property and marketing it online.
How does our service work?
EARN WITH YOUR LUXURY PROPERTY
We evaluate and select each property to make sure they all meet our high end hospitality standards.
We will take care of the photoshoot and will be happy to invest in the property to provide it with all the comforts requested by our guests.
We will take care of the day to day management that includes: authorization and initiation of all the bureaucratic documents necessary, check-in and check-out, cleaning and preparing the home for the guest’s arrival, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, marketing and sales of the property on our website.
We will assign an account manager to each homeowner, available 24/7 to help resolve any situation.
Our revenue management team will establish the best marketing price together with the homeowners to ensure a maximised income from the property.
