Yes, our staff will welcome you directly at the home for your check-in.

We have scheduled check-in times but do let us know your arrival time and we will check if you can have an early check in.

Our check out time is anytime before 12am but we will be happy to accommodate your need when possible.

Yes, and change it daily if you wish.
Will you clean our home daily?
Yes, we will accord at the check-in the time of preference for the daily cleaning, included in your price.

You can contact our concierge 24/7 who will help you with any issue in the home.
Can you provide extras if required?
Absolutely, anything you wish for.
Once the booking of the home is confirmed, will I be able to buy extra services in another moment?
Yes, you can access your account whenever you wish and browse from our selection of tours and services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We will reimburse the 50% of the amount if you cancel 15 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival we shall keep 100% of the price already paied.
What is the value of the smartphone that I find in the home?
You can benefit of all the information to help you go around Rome (including suggestions on restaurants, tours and other activities). Also you can call home and browse the internet while outside of your home.
